‘Reading welcomes back the Kidz South exhibition for the third year’

The “Kidz South” Exhibition will take place once again at the Rivermead Leisure Complex, Richfield Avenue, Reading RG1 8EQ on Thursday 18th June 2009 from 9.30am-4.30pm – a user-friendly, accessible venue convenient for London and the M4

Established by the charity Disabled Living, the exhibition focuses specifically on equipment, products and services for disabled children, their families and the carers and professionals who work with them to make for easier and independent living.

Last year the free event attracted over 2,000 plus visitors from as far a field as Cornwall, Dublin, and the Isle of White. There were around a 100 stands displaying the latest equipment and product solutions. The feedback from the show was excellent from both exhibitors and visitors:

Had a great day, it was like being in a sweetie shop. Found collars and bed guards, tried out wheelchairs and support seats. It was really good to have a show a bit nearer to home, we usually have to travel hundreds of miles not just 70. What was really nice was that you had a full sized changing bed well done. Great event thanksPhillippa (mum) and David (age 12).
